Avoid this firm at all costs - because it will cost you dearly!
I ordered two toner cartridges from them and the invoice and website clearly state they are genuine products. What I received was remanufactured products which do not work! I contacted them and the told me to return the cartridges which I did immediately. I have the proof of delivery from the USPS.
I was credited back on my credit card for only 1 cartridge. When I called to inquire why they told me that I only sent one cartridge back. They guy on the phone was very rude, telling me that he trusts his warehouse department, and not me. Why would I keep a remanufactured cartridge which I did not order? The weight on the package clearly indicates that two cartridges were enclosed.
In addition, I used a brand new credit card, never used at any merchant. Two days after making this online purchase I had numerous fraudulent charges on my account. It is quite clear that this firm should not be in business, they engage in fraudulent advertising and they hire thieves.
