This is a wonderful hosting company. I have utilized the technical support chat quite a few times, and I always get the help I need. They are also very quick to respond to emails. The hosting package is wonderful. Everything you should need to create a productive website comes packaged in your hosting package including, shopping cart software, forum and/or blog software, etc. (Please note: you may have to purchase some of this software [some options are free], but you won't have to go through the hassle of trying to search and find what you need on your own or manually integrate these packages into your site, which was great for a beginner like myself).
The only thing that I DID NOT like was the hidden fees concerning SSL certificates. Your site automatically comes with a shared certificate, but I wanted a dedicated certificate for my site. I couldn't find anything about this on their site, so I purchased one elsewhere, THEN they told me about their services, and the cost that was associated with purchasing one from another company!
Other than that, I have been pleased with this company.
