Great Customer Service, Beyond the normal

I ordered two replacement print heads and one was not working upon installation. I just let them know and they replaced it for free, without me even asking. Their service is superior. I thought I was sunk, but they are a company that stands behind their products and they do care.Their quick service helped me not to have to buy a printer just yet. Saved me $169 for a new printer I was looking at to maybe having to replace. We have handicapped people in our home,and resources are limited. I really appreciated their assistance.
