HORRIBLE!!

I wish I had stayed with a larger company like I usually do. Horrible turn around time, horrible service. I was promised 1-3 day shipping time, it has now been over a week. Invitations are VERY time sensitive, so I have tried emailing and calling to get a tracking number from Marlene, but I have not received a reponse. I have since bought new invitations for my son's 3rd birthday party. I should have done my homework on this company BEFORE I ordered! The BBB and this site both have horrible reviews. Lesson learned I guess :(
