How to loose 90% of your money.
Ordered 30 Organza Bags on 03/15/2016. On 03/21/2016 I was told that it was shipping that day. On 03/23/2016 called back and was told that it was shipped and I told them not according to the USPS website it had not. She called the United States Post Office liars. She offered 10% back to shut up and go away. Called back on 03/25/2016 and talked to "Jennifer". She said they sent an email to me saying they were out of stock on 03/14/2016 (seemed strange since I did not ordered it until 03/15/2016) . I said that I never received it. She said she would send me a copy I said make sure you forward the email so I may have a copy of the original date and time stamp. Then Jennifer starting playing like she could not hear me and then hung up. I called back 20 times over the next two hours, they would never answer the call. I have contacted PayPal to get my money back. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed complaint 476841. If you want to only loose 90% of your money, do business with Idea Ribbon.
