after 4 weeks still waiting for delivery, they emailed us after 2 weeks-your order is being shipped...lmao,,,2 weeks later after many calls FINALLY got a human.. order shipped 2 weeks ago- never got it- they have no tracking #, soo they say it may have been shipped or MISSED ??? they have no idea...so- i ask the girl to PERSONALLY pack it, send tracking info this time...per her we should get it friday, not bad a lil over a month for something that should take 3-6 days per their web site...
IF WE GET IT....NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THEM
well..its been 24 hours since cust service answered...well no tracking info sent yet..will call again tommorow
well..after a month wait - then 10 phone calls to get thru to someone- seems they actually are sending our order- not FREE as their web site says- but we are offered a 5% discount on our order...lmao...like we would again...now to see if we actually get what we ordered...and the quality of it
