HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DON'T SEND WHAT YOU NEED!
I placed a couple orders and was pretty happy with them (except the shipping time was a little excessive... about 3-4 weeks). The third time I ordered was when I had a problem. I received a box with half my order with an invoice with some stuff written on it that was not legible. Additionally, two items were completely wrong. When I called, they said the items I didn't receive were on backorder and were very quick to say "well, we can just cancel that." I asked how long it would be and they said a couple weeks so I said I would just wait for the items to come int. I also asked about the wrong items and they apologized and said they would just ship out the correct items with my backordered items which I thought was excellent customer service. And, I was very happy with that until... the rest of my order came about 4 weeks later, but I was still missing the two wrong items. When I called to ask about them, they said I would need to take a picture of the two items and send it to them. The thing is, the two wrong items were wired ribbon instead of not wired ribbon which wouldn't show on a picture unless I pulled the wire out of the ribbon. I told them what I was originally told and said I would be happy to mail back the wrong items so I could get the correct items. They said no, that I would need to take a picture which at this point I could tell I was being given the run around. They then put my on hold and 10 minutes later, never came back. I hung up and tried to call again, and again, and again and so on. Like others have said, they screen their calls. The thing is if I was never told they would send me out the correct items, no questions asked, I would probably not be so upset. I had no problem sending back the wrong items so I could get the correct items. But then to put me on hold and never come back and then not answer my calls... really?!?! I have a small business and I would never, ever, ever treat my customers bad. Even if I think it's their fault, I try to work with them and make things right so they are happy.
