Hello fellow ICareTimeshare customers,
Unfortunately, i beleived the hype too. They seemed so professional and trustworthy at first.
i received a few calls in the beginning always saying thery had a lead but then the person's credit check fell through and they were not approved.
This is a scam.
Now you can't get a call back. You can't even get through to customer service.
Darryl Solomon was the man who first called incessantly for my business. Now his extension goes to another man, who has not returned my calls.
Is anyone else interested to take this to the BBB and form a class action suit?
I have told them via mesage before that I am reporting them to the BBB.
I want a refund as well.
All they do is stall on you, and never give you an update or sell. I can't count the many times I have called for an update to be told the same. some body would get back to me, a credit check deemed the buyer not worthy or they would have info in the next 2 weeks, and they would get back to me. I have not gotten a call from them since the initial taking of my money and a few returned calls thereafter to tell me the status.
