I paid this company a fee of $999 to sell and rent my two timeshares.In one year time I got not ONE offer on either property (after they told me in the sales pitch Bahamas and Florida properties were hot). When I would call or email they would call (leave a message) or email back and assure me they were in price negotiations! What a scam these people are running--2 spot checks of their website revealed my Rental property in Florida WAS NEVER LISTED!! When I complained and wrote them a letter asking for a refund--they called and wanted to REMARKET my Florida timeshare for only $1399 with a guarantee of my original fee returned plus the $1399 if it didn't sell in a year--of course the contract stated none of these "promises" when I received it! (and I received no refund--they ignored my compliant- iCare takes your money and scams you--Steer clear of this business!
