Review 1/25/2011

I negotiated a price for a specific 2010 Evolution over the phone with the manager at Huntington Beach. When I showed up I was told that car was sold but they had the same car at South Coast. OK, no problem. Financing and paperwork went smoothly. By the time I got to South Coast to pick up my car it was dark and they gave it to me in the darkest area. I gave it a walk around and noticed what looked like scratches on the front bumper. The salesman said the detailers were just in a hurry to get it to me and that it was buffing compound. I drive home and go out to look at it the next morning. The bumper looked like it had been hit and the foglight housing was broken. Call the manager and he says no problem bring it in and they will fix it. I drive from SD to the dealership and they say they will order the parts. A wasted trip. A couple weeks of no answers then they tell me the car wasn't damaged when it left the lot and they will not be paying for it.
