If you run across a lady by the name of Sidney Sanchez, be careful. I was in trouble with the loan on my home when I was referred to her business. She offered to have 'investors' purchase my home then sell it back to me. I continued to live in it while paying Ms. Sanchez rent until my name could be put back onto the note. In the meantime, I started getting notices that the mortgage was not being paid. I eventually was put out of my home and foreclosed upon. The new lender was not paid. Ms. Sanchez told me that it was all a big misunderstanding and that she had a lawyer representing this case in court. She also stopped returning my calls.
On the day that I had to move from my home, Ms. Sanchez provided movers and a storage facility because this was suppose to be a temporary situation. She paid the storage for a few months then simply stopped. She told me that I should be paying my own storage. I eventually had to buy back my own things.
I lost my home, and almost lost everything I had in it. Ms. Sanchez never returned my calls and I'm convinced there was illegal activity going on in that office.....
Make sure that you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING WHEN DEALING WITH THIS BUSINESS.......
