after MONTHS of trying to modify a mortgage this company now does not even respond to numerous phone calls, emails and even faxes. when the agent was replying all she kept stating was that "we are close to a modification". now we can not even reach anyone. we want our payment back as promised and no legal actions will be taken on our part. these people get your hopes up with the promise of help and NOTHING IS DONE. shame on you. look at all the reviews on this company they are just a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
