I was asked to write a review about Homeowner Defense Group, so here it goes. I have two great boys, and i'm a single mother with both of them going to college. It's hard enough taking care of them, let alone putting them through college. We had a few rental properties that were vacant for over a year, so when we were contacted by Trever at Homeowner Defense we jumped at the chance to save our credit by not letting the bank foreclose. All three investment properties were sold as a short-sale and Homeowner Defense got us the best price and negotiate a debt forgiveness so we didn't have to pay income taxes on the loss. Also, they were able to get us a 4% on our primary residence, so I could save money each month. Gotta hand it to them...best decision we made. Thanks! Cheri Bear
