This company cold called me several times. They told me they could reduce my monthly mortgage payments by $300. They charged me $1500 and asked repeatedly for more documentation. Finally I called my bank and was told my application had been denied. This company offered a 100% refund if the application was unsuccessful. I wrote, called and faxed asking for my money back. Silence. I called their landlords who referred me to the receptionist at their building address. She told me they left some time ago and left no forwarding address.
