This company provided a completely unsatisfactory experience; in 2009 they basically took our $5,000 (saying they could find a RESPA violation and get a 'loan restructure' from our lender, BofA, with a principal reduction), and ran. Please avoid them at all costs. The only reason it has taken this long to post this about them is because of the total embarrassment of having to admit to being scammed for such a large amount of money, with no recourse.
