HEA is information purchased for how to eBay effectively. However, what they promise, is up to $5 for each listing, is rare and you only get paid after the item sells not at the time of listing. I would consider HEA a front for what really goes on behind the scenes; which are typical questions for recruiting an individual for home businesses such as: List your 7 goals, list 5 reasons we should work with you. They also state they are asking those questions to "QAULIFY" you so a mentor can work with you. They also want you to tell them all your debt including credit card debt. But, they also want to know the credit card limits so they know how much they can ask you to invest using credit card leverage. They asked me for somewhere around $8862 without even explaining the business. So I did some research on using credit card leveraging to make money. That part is legitimate but what else they are going to do with the funds they never explain. It is all secret. Anytime you run into that beware. I told them I was not investing any money unless they would explain how the business works and we had a contract on paper prior to me giving them any funds. I am pretty confident this would be a money losing event for me, and a profit for them.
