Overall the company is good at getting issues resolved. However, the time it takes for issues to become address is long. Multiple phone calls need to be made in order for the company to realize that the issue is urgent. The community manager lacks professional phones skills and does not take into consideration how she makes customers feel. In particular, the community manager lacks the effort to make the customer feel that they are important. When trying to address a problem the manangement tries to pin it toward the homeowner instead of trying to figure out how it can be handle. Overall, there needs to be major improvement in how the management company interacts with the homewowners.
