I purchase a textbook from half.com in August. I never received the book or a refund and it is now November. After contacting the seller, I filed a complaint. I was told (in writing, as it is impossible to contact anyone from half.com) that it would take 30 days to process my claim. Per their terms, I would be covered under buyer protection and guaranteed my money back. It has been over 30 days now, and I have heard nothing. Luckily I live in MN, same place and not to far from the seller. I emailed her today and told her that I would be taking her to court as it would be simple to do being that we lived close and her information was easy to find online. People should not get away with this. DON'T BUY FROM HERE .... GOOD LUCK TO ALL
