Last month in March, 2010, I was ripped off by this company. I paid them $595. and never heard from them again. I called and emailed the company but after I sent them my money and did what Sofia told me to do I had no response. Well, maybe one time when she answered and told me she was going to call the company but that was it. Never found out what happen, the company told me they were going to foreclose. Sofia made me believe that she had talked to the company and they told me no one had contacted them. Before I paid them she would email and call me and leave messages but then that stop. I have filed a complaint against the company through the consumer protect agency. I wish they would just have told me the truth. It is sad to think that they make people feel like their is hope. I don't think that they should give false hope to anybody. The name they use is very deceiving, HOPE.
