This company has been the most unreliable organization that I have ever dealt with. They do not hold to their promises, rarely return calls, cost a ridiculous amount of money, make poor recommendations, and cause greater hardship for those with whom they should be representing. We are a hard working family that has experienced a short term hardship that has grown into a devastating financial predicament largely because of the "guidance" of Guidance Mortgage Relief.
