Green Peninsula is very responsive. Their staff is friendly and detailed. Any time I need something out of the usual done in the building, Mike is very quick to respond. I don't have to ask them to do something twice, and I always get a friendly response and kind treatment.
Mike is a very good communicator. I am never uncertain about anything going on with our service. Also, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have needed our windows pressure-washed and our floors waxed for some time. He not only gave us the heads up, but he educated us on why we needed it, how long we could go without it before damage occurred and/or replacement was necessary. At the same time, he didn't pressure us to have the service done.
Billing is sent out quarterly, which was confusing at first, but it works for us and our Accounting department.
