If you are ever facing foreclosure. I would not advise that you sell your home to this company. The will buy your home and have you sign a 12 month lease to get the home back at a much higher price.Your mortgage payment would be higher than they where. If you are unable to get the home back after the 12 month they raise your payments to very high amount that you will more than likely be unable to afford. Then will kick you out on the street.
