I met with Tim Jacobs at the Golden Years Mortgage Solutions office and, once it was explained to me, I decided to get a Fha reverse mortgage. I was afraid in the beginning but, I realized that if could payoff my mortgage and never have to make another payment ever again and get some money to fix-up the guest house, I could live, with my family very comfortably for the rest of my life. It has worked out great. My life has completely changed. I am going to be able to help my family when they need it instead of them having to help me!
