Frank was very helpful and gave sound advice throughout the process. He delivered on his promises with no surprises. In fact, my current mortgage company creamed us with closing costs on our last refinance... and never even offered the debt consolidation option. To make it worse, they called me once they noticed that a payoff was requested - trying to better the offer. they set an appointment and never called. Frank was always responsive and address the numerous questions and modifications as they arose. He went above and beyond.... Most Excellent professionalism.
