This company will scam you - beware. First off, they spoof their outbound phone # to look like a local # to you. My call block thought it was Ring alarm and let it through - the only reason I answered. The guy says he was with GE Finance and responding to my inquiry about a potential re-fi. I have researched rates but did not reach out to anyone but I went along. This went into a transfer to a high pitch sales guy, when I questioned their legitimacy within seconds he emailed me a canned email specifically tailored to this. He then pressed me for my social security number, at which point I told him I would check his email...he wanted to stay on the phone to process a VA refi with me but I told him I'd call if interested. All I can say is avoid these people, I wouldn't trust them especially with my SSN.
