This is a fraudulent business. Acting in the guise of loan modification,debt settlement,etc. Employed to secure loan modification but after 6 months, claimed that my case was perfect for class action suit and transferred my case to Precision Law Firm. Paid Global Capital $3,650 initially and paid Precision $2,500. Now passed eight months and no results on either. Hired detectives to check and found that Global maintains only a P.O.Box, address. This must be affiliated to the Global Capital in Florida because, one of my payments was traced by the bank to have gone to the Florida address. It appears that this is a very big scam operation. Anyone who has been scammed should sound off and collectively make a complaint to the FBI, or the Federal Marshal's. They Bank with Bank of America and unfortunately the bank has been protecting them. If you have been scammed, contact me and let us try to put a stop to these criminals.
