I had the worst experience ever with this company. Their customer service was beyond horrible and not once was i acknowledged with a helpful tone. They shipped my product to the wrong address under my Fedex account and would not ship the item back to me under their own expense when it was returned to sender. Every time I was told someone would call me back, nobody ever did. This ordeal went on for about 3 days and I still never got to speak to a high authority in the business. Sean, the owner never called me back when I left 2 messages and then went out of town. An employee told me that it was "sad" how Sean usually reacts to customer service calls. Lara, a customer service rep, told me, "I am just a customer" as if it were a bad thing and not something that keeps companies alive. She was very rude and also told me repeatedly that she would call me back and she did not. Horrible company that I would never recommend to anyone. They didn't care in the least bit that I had an issue.
