When Mr. Garvey inspected our roof leak he appeared to be experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and confident. Mr. Garvey explained what work was needed to repair the roof and presented some options for the appearance of the new roofing to be installed. Mr. Garvey's price was 20% less than the estimate of another roofing company. Our contract with Mr. Garvey included an 8 year warranty. The specific repair that was needed for our home was to create a small slope on a flat valley portion of the roof (to direct the water off of the roof instead of letting it pool on the roof). As far as we can tell Garvey Roofing did an excellent job with our roof repair. The appearance of our newly roofed section is identical in style and color to the existing roofing as we requested of Mr. Garvey (Sedona Hickory).
