This company I ordered a vacuum from on April 1st and was charged 30.00 for shipping and handling and was told that would only be three payments of 49.95 instead of four with this special promotion. They wanted me to get the extra special sweeper with an extra 30.00 shipping and handling and I said no. The vacuum has been ok but nothing that I would brag about and then I just checked my credit card and saw that they charged me for a fourth charge that they were not suppose to charge me. When I called their customer service, I was told that it was because I did not get the extra vacuum sweeper at the time of purchase. I told him that this was not explained to me that I had to get this or pay that extra payment. The guy was like too bad, no credit. Bottom line is that these people are liars and their infomercial should be taken off the air. I will never fall for another infomercial like this again.
