The people I met were nice and polite. However, they advised me that if I bought the insulated garage door (which cost hundreds more) I could get the 30% energy direct tax credit. I checked on this and found the insulated door would not qualify for the tax credit unless it was installed on an insulated garage. Also, at the time of the original estimate I said that I must have an afternoon installation. They said no problem; then the day before the installation they called and changed the appointment to morning (very inconvenient). They did not tell me that they do not accept any credits cards at all. When installation was almost complete, I brought out my credit card and was told cash or check only. (Fortunately, I was able to transfer money to my checking account on line.)
