We have been members for close to a year now and all I can say is that the customer service is TERRIBLE! The average turnaround time for when I mail a game (from the post office) is 10 or more days. This is unacceptable. Every time I contact them they just give me some stock answer about the post office. I live in Michigan and the games come from Pittsburgh. It takes an average of 3 days for them to mark it as returned. Right now they have a game marked as "received" yet they still have not sent a new one. It will be close to two weeks when I finally get a new one. Bad business model, bad service. I do not recommend this company and am actively seeking another company that rents games online. THUMBS DOWN FOR GAMEFLY!!
