As some of the other reviewers have said, Game Colony has quite the variety of games avaiable to its clients and they are fun and challenging. On that front, Game Colony's not a bad bet; however, I do have one major concern that forces me to rate the site quite low: transparency and trustworthiness.
I'm posting here as I believe it's the kind of issue that should be raised in this forum.
Essentially, as a number of other players have run into as well, it is very very challenging to get a meaningful answer out of the customer support. Generally speaking, their responses always refer back to vague and ambiguous rules that ultimately offer little help or issue resolution. Moreover, on issues that invovle money, getting resolution or any meaningful answer is even more difficult. I hope others are have had better luck.
As for me, I'd say stick with the free play otherwise you're in for a real time trying to deal amicably with customer service on matters involving money or the application of their rules (which again can be interpreted in very many ways - Game Colony of course preferring the one most favourable to it).
