Recently i have been playing a game by Gala-Net, Aika Online. this game started well with so many functions that i believe the response was great. I joined this game considerably later than most players and therefore lower level than other players. yet with their recent announcement of an 'IP ban', many players are affected by this as they already spent money in the cash item shop which opened for a bare few days before the announcement. This along with the fact that it was never announced beforehand that there will be an IP ban for players outside North-America, has led many players ( approx. 1/2 or more of Aika players ), to feel unjustly scammed. They poured in the time to play this game only to be told that they are not allowed to play anymore due to their location.
In short the problems is,
1. The item shop just opened, players spent real cash on items.
2. The announcement just came out on 7th april 10, date of IP ban to be implemented , 8th april -10.
3. They did not inform the players about the locations restrictions before they poured in their time.
