I have to say, out of all the MMO companies out there, this one has to be the worst involving their customer service. Of course, their games are fun at first, but when you get into the higher levels, having to "grind" is horrible, and since the only way to increase your leveling productivity is to buy "Gpoatoes" (A form of currency bought with money to purchase cash items ingame), you won't be able to get very far very fast without purchasing Gpotatoes.
The administrator organized events generally tend to favor players who buy these "Gpotatoes", and leave out the population which doesn't. A typical sign of a greedy company.
As for their e-mail responses to occurring problems in their games, I must say, the chance of receiving a legitimate form of help from any of their administrators is slim to none, in fact, there's even a chance your e-mail will not even be responded to whatsoever.
After considering what the company provides, there have been some good points, but none of which even come close to outweighing the terrible quality of the company itself. I suggest if you were thinking of spending money on this company, you should stop right there.
One star for a horribly greedy group of people.
