I don't understand why this company even have an A rating. Gaia Online has the worst customer service there is. I invested almost $320 to this company to work on my avatar and status (since 2005). I've done nothing but follow their terms and conditions and work hard to acquire the items I wanted. After doing everything that was required and investing all that money I just got my trading pass disabled and can no longer purchase any of the items they have unless I use REAL CASH. It's been 8 months now since my account's pass is disabled, I did what they told me which is to be PATIENT, but this is getting ridiculous. It wasn't my fault that the site is bombarded with hackers/botters - and yet we legit users, contributors and loyal CUSTOMERS get punished for this site's security vulnerability and staff's incompetency. I demand that BBB give this company an F rating, they don't deserve any business unless they take care of their consumers first.
