Predatory business practices.

I turned to this company to help us during a time in which we were really struggling with bills. They assured me of their competency and ability to help. The arrangement was to have money deposited directly into an escrow account they set up. I was told that after 6 months the escrow schedule would start accruing funds to be used to settle my debts. A year and a half later no debt was settled despite several offers from companies, even though they had $6,000 of my money. When I called to inquire about this I was told the payment for their services was not met. Finally I enlisted a negotiation company to "help". GHS's response was to close my account and send me a check for $1,000. They now refuse to even call me back and will not release any of my records. Stay as far away from this company as possible. To note, State of Idaho attorney General's office ended up forcing them to repay all Idaho residents money they with-held from them. I would give them 0 stars if I could
