I wish I could put a 0 star to this company.
Be careful with this company!!!
I hit the curb on the exit of the freeway and both of my front tires blow, arm bended. Called AAA to tow my car, then this "Freeway towing" towed my car directly to an auto repair shop “freeway auto repair”(If I remember correctly) which belongs to them without giving me any other choices.
After 3 days the mechanic whose name is Luis call me said the car is ready. They changed the arm, tires and all the related parts and charged a really high price, I paid, but only drive it for 10 miles to hear that terrible grinding from the front. I took it back, all they did was just trying to get away from this and tell me to leave the car there for next round and they want to charge another bill.
In the end, I took it to a different mechanic ,they fixed all the problem with only a small partial of the amount “Freeway” charged.
When I tried to make the call to file a complaint to AAA and some other departments, The daughter of the owner of this company, whose name is Sandy, even shouted at my girlfriend “Shut up, get out of here, you are not my customer”…….
This is a really terrible experience and I have never seen or heard any company do this.
I have all the records and recorded part of the conversation, I will consider to go legal process.
KEEP AWAY from this ridiculous company, especially that “Freeway auto repair”.
