I am a truck radiator/ ac mechanic. I had 11 bad debts from drivers who got money from their companies to pay me for the repairs, but then never did in turn pay me. I billed the companies, but they all refused. I tried arguing over the phone with them but what a pain in the ass. So I sent them, to another collection agency transworld who didnt do crap except say there was nothing i could do since the companies paid their employees. Well i turned them over to rba and they told me the truck owners were liable still. Well rba started calling the drivers at home and the companies. I started getting a bunch of garbage off the internet from them about RBA having an F I told them yeah so they can F you. I went ahead and paid RBA $3,000 for a contract that let me sue all 11 of these guys. Guess what? 5 of them came in and paid me in full and then 6 of the companies sent checks to RBA. So I got paid TWICE!!! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha. One of the companies had the nerve to try to get me topay the double payment back to them!!! No Way.
