Service after the sale has been horrific. The salesman had to complete the install when the installer couldn't program the unit. First service call took multiple technicians, visits, & hours to fix a 5 minute problem (system reboot). My bill $109. A second service request was made to replace a bad sensor and leaking fittings. Due to high cost of inexperience labor, I completed the initial troubleshooting before calling. More than 2 months later, multiple visits, it's still not fixed and I'm still waiting for the pool cover that was paid for but not yet delivered (covering is part of the warranty). In summary, the service department is poorly managed with total disregard for the customer: requests are not being processed...no follow-up to customers on scheduling status. Service techs are not sufficiently trained on the equipment being installed... resulting in lengthy service completion times...and yet the customer pays for labor during warranty period. Avoid this company.
