Extremely poor service

I bought a deluxe treadmill from Keys fitness which went out of business and WWW.fitnessblowout.com agreed to honor warranty. I started the process of getting an appointment to get it fixed on 11/29/13 and it is now 12/18/2013. After 2 email requests,
5 phone calls, a request to speak to a manager (which was not done), they are telling me that they cannot fix my treadmill because the parts are no longer made. I say bull hockey ! All I wanted was someone to come check it out and tell me whether it can be
fixed. They have 45 minute plus waiting on the phone to get a live person. I highly recommend you avoid this company like the plague
