What is the Problem

I have worked in good faith with this company and have only asked that someone contact me about the modification of my loan. I cannot even get the courtesy of a phone call. Absolutely no contact at all. I could not in good faith recommend this company to anyone because I was supposed to get my packet in January according to the last e-mail I received from John Sanders and here it is April no packet and no explanation. All I asked to for them to let me know if they can or cannot help me. I was told it was 100% money back if they could not help me. But I received nothing, even after telling them I would post and contact the BBB. My next step is a lawyer as I have e-mails and they have taken money in good faith. My home is in active foreclosure.
