I've had mixed feelings about going to a company with an F rating. After carefully reviewing the report I noticed that this company does not have any complaints from customers. I did my research and called a few debt settlement companies and the others I spoke too also had an F rating but also had tons of complaints. After speaking to one of Federal Consumer Relief's consultants I felt more at ease because he was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with all of my questions and concerns that I had. If you are on the fence I hope this helps you. So far i've been with this place going on four months and feel that I made the right choice.
