I contacted Faith Funding a few months back as our mortgage was set to adjust and the payments would become unmanageable. The consultant was polite and understanding, and she gathered the necessary information efficiently. They were able to get my rate lower than it currently was and keep the monthly payments manageable. Worth the money id say
