Very hostile/emotionally unstable mechanic
|
Called me an 'a#$hole' over the phone (unprovoked) because I politely queried his $90 diagnostic fee. Nathan (the only mechanic here) is a very unstable individual who I would not recommend to anyone. Beware of this guy and read the reviews from others, confirming this experience. Fortunately I found this out before bringing the bike in.
I never write reviews, but Nathan is an incredibly hostile and unprofessional individual, so I felt compelled to write this review to warn others before they get caught up in his rudeness and overt unprofessionalism. I would recommend any other mechanic in the area. I was apprehensive about the place due to the number of negative reviews I saw online, but I decided to give them a try anyway. I simply queried his diagnostic fee and he sharply replied "You know what, keep the bike. You're an a#$hole. I have plenty of other jobs". I was shocked, to say the least as I had been nothing but polite. Please, please do not give this guy any business. He needs to learn a basic level of etiquette required to function as a reasonable adult in society. You can't run a business this way.
