I recently got my car fixed at FCC after someone rear-ended me. It was a new car and FCC did a great job getting the car back to the exact condition I had it in. They were upfront, honest and completed the job well ahead of schedule.
At delivery there was a minor issue that needed adjustment, but the owner was extremely responsive (even apologetic) and got it fixed within the hour.
During the repair process they were very happy to entertain all my questions and even took me into the garage to show me progress on the car. The staff is friendly and proficient - they took care of all the paperwork and also offered me rides to work a couple of times.
This family owned business lives upto the expectation of good service and quality work.
