Express Notary ordered 7 mobile notarizations in December of 2009 and as of June 1, 2010 has not paid for those notarizations which total $490 plus late fees of 10% monthly. This company, with Harry Couyoumjian as President of the company, has not responded to multiple requests for payment by fax or emails. A lot of money was spent on gas, paper, toner, etc., and the work was carried out precisely as he requested, but still no payment from Express Notary Inc., or its' President, Harry Couyoumjian.
