I totally agree with comments posted by James L. I had the very SAME worst experience with them. They were so unprofessional and UNETHICAL. All the time telling lies about already filed the neccessary documents and we went to the court to find out that they haven't done anything. Everytime I tried to reach them they put me on hold just to disconnect me after half-hour of holding. When asked to talk to the attorney in charge, the answer I got was very rude "he charges $250 an hour - are you ready to pay that kind of money?" and when I said yes - they said, oh he is not available, he is always in the court and you cannot talk to him. I had to lose tens of thousands of dollars, before they could get the tenants evicted. The tenants had enough time to get extension from the court and trash the house because of the snail speed slow acting time(or no action) by Express Evictions. Also they encashed the check paid to my name(this is a CRIME!) by the court and sent to their address. I had to ask them sevaral times to get the money back. Also they deducted $100 before paying my money back without even notifying me. Worst ever company I've dealt with in this country!
