A little advice. Run.....Do not pass go...... I wish I had run. Now I am stuck in a lease for a year. The home has a washing machine that has mold in it and I cannot get it out with bleach or soap. Anything I wash has a mildew smell.
I did not check it on the walk through as I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. A year of washing clothes at the laundry mat is not what I had in mind. There is also a remote for the garage door that is broken. I have been yelled at and threatened by the owner and the staff that if I complain about any of the other items that she will take me to mediation. I am wondering if there can be a - in front of the stars.
