Customer Service is very poor

Evike seems good when you look at the site. Check them out on the BBB. It is easy to get a good rating there but what you need to look at is the number of complaints. All the ones I saw were customer service related. So if you get your order as you ordered it they will seem fine. I was warned by a friend but I thought how hard is it to get an order correct. I think for Evike it is a challenge. Their attitude when I did not get what I paid for was basically to bad. Here is a bunch of hoops you can jump through and then maybe get your part. It would of taken about a month from the time I ordered and paid for my part. They would rather loose a new and possibly regular customer rather than send out what you paid for. I will never use them again. Customer service is among the worst I have ever dealt with. I wish I looked into the BBB complaints and other reviews or listend to my friend before I blindly trusted them to provide.
