The worst

iving in a EPM property. Want to leave maybe after all the Pandemic stuff is over. They do whatever they want and treat tenants however they want. They don't comply with the law, they will enter whenever they want. They don't maintain their properties. They have so many code violations in their buildings, it's amazing they can continue to operate. If any lawyer wanted a class action, all you have to do is go to city hall and see all the violations they have on record. They are now starting a harassment campaign against some tenants, no doubt in preparation for the end of the eviction moratorium. I bet they will break records for how many evictions they start as soon as they can. Oh and no laundry in many of their buildings because of an app they installed which makes the machines unusable. It is just amazing how much they get away with. The city of Long Beach lets them I guess. I am going to try real hard to leave as soon as I can, they are horrible, horrible, horrible. Also, they appear to have taken PPP loans and possibly misrepresented the number of employees. Possibly.
